The Biotoxin Cause of Schizophrenia and Psychosis

The common root causes of schizophrenia are psychosis and mood disorders today. These have a direct link to biotoxin illness and a toxic gut, as well as food, air, water, and environmental chemical exposures. Besides, other contributing factors include blood thickening, brain dehydration, lack of proper balance of electrolytes, cognitive drugs, chronic brain inflammation, toxic metals, and electronic pollution.

What Can Cause Psychosis / Schizophrenia

There are many biochemical causes of schizophrenia and psychosis, from food allergies and chemical sensitivities to toxic exposures. However, one biochemical process that needs more attention because it affects so many people is the adrenochrome connection established by Dr. Abram Hoffer, M.D. – famous for getting people off of psychiatric drugs and well –  coined the phrase “Orthomolecular Psychiatry“.

The Adrenochrome Connection to Schizophrenia

Adrenochrome is a toxic hormone. It forms in the body by the oxidation of adrenaline. Further, adrenochrome can be converted into two other compounds: dihydroxyindole or adrenolutin. It is possible that dihydroxyindole balances off adrenaline to reduce tension and irritability. In schizophrenics, however, adrenochrome is converted primarily into adrenolutin, which is toxic, and the combination of adrenochrome-adrenolutin results in a poisonous assault on brain.

Moreover, Adrenochrome is a hallucinogenic and linked to the aural and visual hallucinations that many schizophrenics experience. Those who release too much adrenochrome do so because their bodies don’t efficiently metabolize adrenaline into its safe by-products. Instead, it oxidizes and converts into adrenochrome.

Two factors are common in the production of adrenochrome and then conversion to adrenolutin that need to be corrected in the victims of this disruptive biochemical pathway are an overload of adrenaline combined with oxidative stress.  Additionally, conversion of adrenochrome into these toxic compounds is why Dr. Abram Hoffer’s niacin and vitamin C therapy and other considerations the patient required were so effective.

Adrenochrome Overload

What defines an “overload of adrenaline” is dependent on each individual, which means that different people have different capacities for safely clearing adrenaline from the system depending on their stores of those nutrients required to do so and the absence of hyper-oxidation. Moreover, those individuals who responded well to this treatment did so because the niacin reduces adrenaline release, and vitamin C, an antioxidant, reduces the oxidative stress on the body—in combination, they work to reduce adrenochrome.

Also, there are thousands of neurotoxins. They include psychiatric drugs, that can induce the adrenochrome internally made chemical mix. Besides, this can be one of the underlying mechanisms of action that produce the suicidal and homicidal attention. Many people on cognitive drugs experience it as they are one of the most potent and common neurotoxins. Also, they cause oxidative stress in humans today.
