Nattokinase Breaks Down the Spike Protein

The Benefits of and How to Make Natto – and Why You Should!!

Nattokinase is a Powerful Proteolytic Enzyme

Before I dive deep into the necessity to detox spike protein from your body whether or not you are vaccinated, I am happy to provide those that are simply ready to get started the best info I can on dosages.

How Much Should You Take and What are the General Approximate Fibrinolytic Units in Organic, Home-Made Natto

The exact amount of nattokinase in 4 oz (≈113 grams) of natto depends on the bacterial strain, fermentation time, and temperature, but it can be estimated based on lab analyses of traditional Japanese natto.

🔹 Typical Nattokinase Activity

·      Traditional natto contains roughly 1,000–2,000 FU (fibrinolytic units) per gram of dry natto.

·      Fresh natto (as eaten) is about 60–70% moisture, so its nattokinase activity is around 300–600 FU per gram of wet natto.

🔹 Calculation for 4 oz (113 g)

113 g×(300–600 FU/g)=approximately 34,000–68,000𝐹𝑈113 g×(300–600 FU/g)=approximately 34,000–68,000FU

🔹 Comparison to Supplements

·      A typical nattokinase capsule (100 mg) provides 2,000 FU.

·      Therefore, 4 oz of natto ≈ 17–34 capsules worth of nattokinase activity.

🔹 Notes

·      Homemade or artisanal natto may vary greatly depending on fermentation conditions and bacterial viability.

·      Heating natto above ~60 °C (140 °F) can destroy much of the enzyme.

Nattokinase supplements are measured in fibrinolytic units (FU). The standard supplement (supposedly) has 2,000 FU

“Fibrinolytic” refers to anything that dissolves blood clots, specifically by breaking down the fibrin mesh that forms them. This process, known as fibrinolysis, involves activating a natural pathway in the body that converts plasminogen into plasmin, the enzyme that degrades fibrin.

When considering eating natto for it’s nattokinase and other mechanisms of action that help break down the spike protein, I recommend starting your regiment for about three days and then starting a water fast while only eating nattokinase. Just about two or three 4oz servings a day for 5 days. Any medicine that is safe to use during a water fast will have a profoundly better medicinal impact while you are water fasting!

Now for the Science, the Commentary, and the Truth About Nattokinase Supplements

Nattokinase is a single serine protease enzyme produced by Bacillus subtilisduring the fermentation of soybeans to make natto. However, the natto food (the fermented soybeans) contains a variety of enzymes, with nattokinase being the most biologically active one for cardiovascular health.

In addition to being an excellent gut health product it is also scientifically established that it breaks down the spike protein in individuals who have been infected by the corona virus or injected with the vaccine. One is obviously far worse than the other, however, the spike protein is also scientifically proven to replicate once inside the body and does so indefinitely while occupying the monocyte white blood cells of the immune system, reducing immune system health and ability to fight any viral or bacterial infection or pathogen. This includes its ability to help the body fight off any disease. All diseases are going into turbo mode these days because of this, not just cancer. The spike protein is also known to cause neurodegenerative, autoimmune, and cardiovascular disease (not just clots), and is rocket fuel for Biotoxin Illness and CIRS as it disables the body’s ability to respond to inflammation. The exact cause of millions of deaths during the height of COVID 19’s debut into our environment.

I am prefacing this article with a strong message to make your own Natto!

I have spoken with a man (Jack) who used to work at a milk processing facility as the chemist executed the procedures for the various products coming off the farm/facility for supply into the food and natural supplement commercial chains.

My intuitive understanding of the chemistry of pasteurization which is required by all state laws by the FDA for anything sold on the shelf was correct. I first researched the methods, both frozen and heated, and he confirmed that the live medicinal aspects of any enzyme are wiped out in both methods and that the oxidation involved in any processing of food including supplements derived from natural sources dramatically reduces any medicinal aspects in the way of vitamins and nutrients, denatures the product and destroys the enzymes.

Specific to enzymes, this means that the enzyme that is known to break down (denature/degrade) the Spike Protein would be dramatically destroyed by both oxidation and death by heat or freezing.

Also, keep in mind that I could not find an organic nattokinase or natto on the market, anywhere. So this means these supplements have the potential of having the pesticides in them and the minimal vitamin / mineral content that conventional foods that are watered with toxic agricultural waste exposed water or municipal water suffer. Not to mention the depravation of hydrogen that is supposed to be in the bean as its hydrogen is used up donating electrons (antioxidant) to the free radicals produced by the poisoning of the plant to try and keep the planet alive. Yes, plants have their own immune systems and will use its own nutrients and antioxidants to protect itself to survive.

The the most important fact about conventional natto and natto supplements is that they are genetically modified. Genetically modifying a plant completely changes its DNA structure and therefor disqualifies it as the medicine it may have been traditionally known to cure / alleviate. You can be assured that any manufacturer that is trying to sell their product and pays for a clinical trial or laboratory testing is going to use the data from the best of the organic even heirloom product they can find to make their compromised product that they can call by the same name look as good as possible to the consumer. It is not the same plant once it has been genetically modified and therefor does not have the same medicinal value. It’s hard for me to imagine how GMOs would have any medicinal value to be honest since they are foreign to our bodies and do not have the inherent of natural medicines, God through Nature medicines, to realign our bodies to the divine design which is what a healing event is and what natural medicines correctly applied do!

The Whole Food is Always the Best Medicine

There is an inherent wisdom in nature, a cosmic dance that is choreographed by the divine and non-negotiable laws of health found in the flow of energy that brought us and every living organism here. Anyone who thinks they can “biohack” this dance is smoking ego crack. Never forget that it is the human ignorance and audacity thinking we could improve on God and Nature that got us into this macro/global to micro/cellular mess we are in. From the spirit to the dust we are screwed because we have even interrupted the process we once had as unadulterated humans who truly processed light/prana (our unique ip address in the God / Creator’s bandwidth) into biological DNA (this process follows the periodic table of gasses to elements). This process involves photosensitive transducers found in our claustrum (entering the door of Brahma- the soft spot), lungs, skin and eyes that converted our unique sequence of photons (ip address) into our unique DNA sequence which then via the watery lunar body creates the physical forms we express.  Yes, the biological process of creation starts there and we are not the true light beings we claim or think we are anymore. We are not expressing our true and authentic IP address anymore. Fasting is a way of getting as close as you can to the feeling of who you truly are and expressing it in form. The work of a true and sustained Kundalini addresses this cosmic conversion of free energy plasma to “you” and that is a topic I will certainly write about in another article.

So that was a long way of saying, humble yourself, get in the kitchen and make your own Natto. It has that beautiful dance in it and will work its healing magic for you. Stop trying to play scientist. Everything God has given us works for us.

Here’s a breakdown of Nattokinase (the enzyme) and Natto (the food)

🧬 Primary Enzyme

  • Nattokinase – a serine protease enzyme with strong fibrinolytic activity, meaning it helps break down fibrin, a protein involved in blood clot formation.
  • It is structurally similar to trypsin and subtilisin.
  • It works by converting plasminogen → plasmin, the body’s natural clot-dissolving enzyme.

⚗️ Supporting / Co-occurring Enzymes in Natto

Although “nattokinase” supplements typically isolate only the main enzyme, natto(the fermented soybean food) also contains: (another reason why you want to make your own natto!)

  • Subtilisin (other proteases) – similar proteolytic enzymes produced by Bacillus subtilis that aid in protein breakdown.
  • Amylases – break down carbohydrates.
  • Lipases – break down fats.
  • Phosphatases – assist in releasing phosphate groups.
  • Pectinases and cellulases – assist digestion of plant fibers.
  • Vitamin K2–associated carboxylase enzymes – generated by the bacteria and critical for activating vitamin K2–dependent proteins in blood and bone metabolism.

How Nattokinase Breaks Down the Spike Protein

Bottom line

  • Nattokinase, as a protease, it cleaves to proteins like the spike protein
  • Nattokinase degrades spike proteins

1. Nattokinase classification

  • Nattokinase is a serine protease enzyme derived from Bacillus subtilis natto.
  • It hydrolyzes peptide bonds in proteins through a catalytic triad composed of serine (Ser221), histidine (His64), and aspartate (Asp32) residues in its active site.

2. Recognition and binding

  • When the spike protein is exposed in a fluid medium, nattokinase’s active site recognizes specific amino acid sequences or peptide bond conformations accessible on the spike’s surface.
  • The enzyme binds to these exposed peptide regions via non-covalent interactions (hydrogen bonding, electrostatic attraction, and hydrophobic fit).

3. Catalytic cleavage mechanism

  1. Activation of serine residue:
  2. The histidine residue abstracts a proton from the hydroxyl group of serine, creating a highly reactive nucleophile (Ser-O⁻).
  3. Nucleophilic attack:
  4. The activated serine attacks the carbonyl carbon of the target peptide bond within the spike protein, forming a tetrahedral intermediate.
  5. Acyl-enzyme intermediate:
  6. The peptide bond in the spike protein breaks; one fragment is released, and the other remains covalently attached to the enzyme as an acyl-enzyme complex.
  7. Hydrolysis (de-acylation):
  8. A water molecule, activated by histidine, attacks the acyl-enzyme bond. This releases the second peptide fragment and regenerates the active enzyme.

4. Structural consequence

  • Each cleavage shortens or fragments the spike polypeptide chain.
  • Multiple cleavage events cause denaturation (loss of secondary and tertiary structure), rendering the spike protein non-functional.
  • Over time, the protein is reduced to smaller peptides and amino acid residues.

5. Observed outcomes (in vitro)

  • The intact spike (S1/S2) bands diminish as they are enzymatically hydrolyzed.
  • Surface-expressed spike proteins on cells become undetectable after sustained exposure to active nattokinase.
  • The degradation process is time- and dose-dependent, typical of proteolytic kinetics.

1. Cardiovascular and Circulatory Health

  • Fibrinolytic action: Nattokinase helps break down fibrin, a protein involved in blood clot formation. This may support healthy blood flow and reduce the risk of thrombosis.
  • Blood pressure regulation: Studies suggest nattokinase can help lower blood pressure by degrading excess fibrin and modulating the renin–angiotensin system, leading to improved vessel flexibility.
  • Improved circulation: By preventing abnormal clotting, it may help reduce sluggish circulation, cold extremities, and fatigue due to poor oxygenation.

💓 2. Support Against Atherosclerosis and Stroke Risk

  • Reduction of arterial plaque: Its ability to dissolve fibrin and improve blood rheology can help prevent buildup along arterial walls.
  • Stroke prevention potential: Some studies show nattokinase may reduce clot formation in the brain’s vessels, lowering ischemic stroke risk without increasing bleeding risk (when used responsibly).

🧬 3. Anti-inflammatory and Antioxidant Properties

  • Nattokinase has been observed to lower C-reactive protein (CRP) and other inflammatory markers, contributing to healthier vascular tissue.
  • It may protect endothelial cells (the inner lining of blood vessels) from oxidative stress, helping preserve vascular integrity.

🧠 4. Neurological and Cognitive Support

  • By improving microcirculation and reducing subclinical clotting, nattokinase may enhance oxygen delivery to the brain, supporting cognitive clarity and possibly lowering risk of vascular dementia.

🌿 5. Potential Adjunct in Detoxification and Metabolic Health

  • Because it enhances microcirculation and tissue oxygenation, nattokinase can indirectly aid cellular detox and nutrient delivery.
  • It may assist in reducing blood viscosity and improving metabolic efficiency, benefiting individuals with chronic inflammation or metabolic disorders.

⚠️ Precautions

  • Not for use with anticoagulant or antiplatelet medications (e.g., warfarin, aspirin, clopidogrel) unless supervised by a clinician—this can increase bleeding risk.
  • Avoid before surgery or if you have a bleeding disorder.
  • Pregnant and breastfeeding women should not use it due to limited safety data.
  • Some supplements vary in potency; standardization to 2,000 FU (fibrinolytic units) per capsule is typical for therapeutic use.
